Slow, breath-led yoga in the old riverbed while the light is still soft — designed for every level, taught in English and Spanish.
A gentle outdoor practice in the Jardín del Turia, timed for the cool part of the morning. The intention is an unhurried session that suits complete beginners as comfortably as regular practitioners, held in English and Spanish so nobody is guessing. We are looking to work with a qualified bilingual teacher and keep it donation-based.
