Before you decide
Yes. Browsing events, reading every guide and asking Lola everyday questions stay free — no card required. Paid plans add the premium toolkit: Lola Admin Pro, Document Review, Price Compass, Transport Made Easy, Neighbourhood Compass and the Family Planner.
Yes. Open "Manage subscription" in your account — it takes you to Stripe’s secure billing portal — and cancel whenever you like. Your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for; monthly plans simply don’t renew.
Yearly plans cancelled within 14 days of purchase or renewal are refunded for the unused portion on request. Founding onboarding follows the 14-day EU withdrawal right until the cohort begins. Email us — we aim to respond within two working days and process eligible refunds promptly.
Family Landing centres on settling a household — including the 90-day Family Planner for school windows, paediatric SIP and family admin. Premium unlocks the complete toolkit: Lola Admin Pro, Document Review, Price Compass, Transport Made Easy and Neighbourhood Compass, plus the Family Planner.
Lola is our AI settling-in assistant. The free version answers everyday questions; Lola Admin Pro — included with Premium — adds a much higher daily limit, longer conversations and deeper help with paperwork, alongside Document Review for checking Spanish forms before a cita.
Trusted Partner (€29/month) and Signature Partner (€99/month) are for organisers and local businesses: event listings with a live editorial preview, the AI Listing Coach and a partner dashboard. Both start with a three-month trial, and you can list your first event the day you join.
