Common questions
Is a partner plan the same as a member plan?
No — they serve different people. Member plans (Settler Plus, Family Landing, Premium) are for individuals settling in Valencia and unlock the premium toolkit. Partner plans are for businesses and organisers who run events, classes or venues and want to reach those members. If you’re settling in, you want the member plans on the pricing page.
Do I need a partner plan to list one event?
No. Anyone can submit a single listing for free — it goes through the same hand review before publishing. Partner plans are for regular organisers: several live listings at once (3 on Trusted, 10 on Signature), the AI Listing Coach, a live editorial preview, referral click reporting and the verified partner badge.
How does the three-months-free offer work?
Pick Trusted or Signature, click through to Stripe Checkout, choose "Add promotion code" and enter PARTNER3FREE. You pay nothing for three months; on day 91 the plan converts to the normal monthly price automatically. The code is limited to the first 100 first-time partner subscriptions.
Can I cancel during the free trial?
Yes, any time, from the Stripe customer portal — we include the link with every receipt. Cancel before day 91 and your card is never charged. There’s no deposit, no minimum term and no cancellation fee after the trial either.
What is the difference between Trusted and Signature?
Trusted (€29/month after trial) covers up to 3 live listings with referral click reporting. Signature (€99/month) raises that to 10 listings and adds the curated layer: editorial profile polish and rotation in homepage and collection placements.
What reporting do partners receive?
Partners can see referral performance from their listings, including booking-link clicks, WhatsApp clicks and website referrals. These figures show referral activity, not confirmed bookings, enquiries or customers.
What tools are included?
Partners can manage their listings, submit events, update public contact and booking destinations, and access tools designed to improve how people discover and contact their business.
Who reviews my listings, and how will I know they’re live?
Every listing is hand-reviewed by the editorial team before it goes live — we’d rather have ten thoughtful things on a page than fifty noisy ones. You get an email confirmation when you submit and another the moment your listing is approved and published.
