About this gathering
A small barca — the traditional flat-bottomed rice-paddy boat — glides out across L’Albufera lagoon as the sun sets behind the dunes. Ninety minutes, slow, quiet, the kind of light you’ll think about for days. Bring a jumper for after dark; the wind picks up. Boats operated by the local fishermen’s collective.
