Meet by the small fountain near the Palau de la Música for a 60-minute practice as the city wakes. Slow, breath-led, suitable for all bodies. Bring a mat or a thick towel. Donation-based — give what feels right at the end. Led by Marta in English with simple Spanish cues. We cancel only if it’s actually raining.
